Tom Nichols and his colleague Dan Cleary have been tasked with conducting an investigation into Summer’s slaying. The Scarborough resident with the most real estate is the woman’s lover Will. The couple has reportedly been assisting Will’s mother Camille with the flipping of pricey foreclosed homes. When Will visits Summer on one of the Cavan estates, he discovers her brutally killed. Without a doubt, Will is the prime suspect, but the plot of the film doesn’t make that clear. The film must play a bigger and wiser game as the mystery deepens and the list of suspects grows.
